We take photos on location at your company instead of in the studio. Full-frame cameras, drone (LBA-approved) and mobile lighting setup. Image rights for web, print and social are included in the fixed price - no license trap for the first use.
Before the shoot: Briefing (90 min), moodboard comparison, coordinating locations and people. During: half or full day on location. After: image selection, post-production in Lightroom/Photoshop, delivery in web and print resolutions. Delivery time approx. 2 weeks after the shoot.

We produce with professional full-format equipment, a mobile lighting setup and drones for aerial shots. Post-production is carried out carefully in Lightroom and Photoshop - from colour calibration and retouching to optimization for various output media.
What is corporate photography?

Corporate photography includes all images that visually represent a company: Employee portraits, team photos, workshop and machine shots, architecture, product images, drone shots.
In contrast to stock photos, your own images show real spaces, real people and real work processes. Visitors place significantly more trust in websites with authentic images - particularly in the case of locally active companies.

From the Briefing on image delivery
A typical company shoot runs in four phases. The final images are delivered 1-2 weeks after the shoot.
Phase 1
Briefing
Briefing discussion 60-90 min: image worlds, locations, people, image statements. Mood board, shooting list.
Phase 2
Shooting
Half day or full day on location. Full-frame camera, mobile light, drone on request. Natural documentary style.
Phase 3
Image selection
Online gallery with all usable images. You mark your favorites, we only process the selected ones.
Phase 4
Post-production
Lightroom + Photoshop: Color correction, retouching, optimization. Delivery in 4 resolutions (web, social, print, hero).

Answers to frequently asked questions about corporate photography - from preparation to delivery.
Three phases: 1) Briefing (60-90 min, clarification of style, imagery, intended use), 2) Shooting day(s) on location at your premises or in the studio (equipment, lighting setup, direction included), 3) Selection + editing (you choose from a preview gallery, final images are color-corrected and delivered in required formats). A typical half-day shoot delivers 30-50 final images.
Main focus: Company portraits (team, management), product photography, architecture and interiors, reportage (everyday work), drone shots (with valid pilot's license and flight clearance). Special areas such as food, fashion or studio tabletop by arrangement. What we do not do: private wedding or family photography.
Standard: high-resolution JPEG (max. sensor resolution of the camera, typically 24-45 MP, Adobe RGB). On request additionally: web-optimized WebP/AVIF variants for your website (several sizes, approx. 80-95% quality). If required, RAW files for an extra charge. Delivery via cloud link (WeTransfer/own storage) with 30-day availability, permanent archive with us for three years.
You receive a temporally and spatially unlimited right of use for all images supplied - for website, print, social media, advertising. This includes internal and external communication of your company. The copyrights remain with the photographer (legally non-transferable), photo credits are not mandatory. Pure resale rights (picture agency) must be agreed separately.
A half shooting day starts in the low four-digit range (incl. preliminary talk, equipment, processing of 30-50 pictures). Full days are correspondingly higher. We calculate complex setups (multiple locations, studio with lighting technician, drone shots with permission) individually. Package prices are available for regular shoots (e.g. quarterly team updates).
